^^; Just so you know, the Death Note scans you've submitted credited to
Flowright's journal are all ripped from deathgod.org. Shaza (the owner of the site)
doesn't want her scans reposted anywhere.
He is adorable, but it always throws me that the voice actress for Ritsuka is
the same as the voice actress for Ryoma Echizen. They say the same thing
sometimes, and I'm just thinking 'Echizen with cat ears?' all the time when I
watch it.
Mm, hi. (I think I know you anyway, sort of o.o) I run the Suzu fanlisting, and
I'm looking to expand the site a bit, with scans/wallpapers/icons, etc. Would
you mind if I put your wallpaper on the site? I'd credit with a link back to
your MT page or somewhere else, if you would like. Please reply either in my
guestbook or by private message.
This is going in my faves too, Suzu is definitely my favorite character.

Ooh, your poor pens. But
it's very nice. You never cease to amaze me. I'm curious. Do you do the line
work in pen and then color in photoshop (or another image editor)? I think
that's all done in pen. If it is, then I'm impressed.
Seishirou and his eye, man. I was just watching the Tokyo Babylon OVAs again
last night. I've never been able to look at cherry blossom trees the same way
again. XP Good job tho.
That's really funny, it's like Yami no Matsuei & Kyou Kara Maou all in one.
XP A crossover would be nice. You know... demons & demon kings... dead guys
that don't look dead.... that'd be amusing. >.> Now I'm getting ideas...
The background on this is way too busy. Or too bright. I'd either tone down the
color or make the circuit board pattern more sparse. The white and blue of the
background doesn't work well with the graphic used.
That's a vast improvement, you have no idea how much. The color draws the eye,
but the difference is subtle, not so contrasting. The noise in that part of the
image continues the "old movie" feel of the wallpaper. This makes it a
perfect wall when I look at it, but it's not high enough resolution for my
monitor.
You always put so much thought into everything, it fries my brain. The binary
& coding are nice touches, and I like the film grain texture. That and the
little flashes of color add texture. The color sort of breaks it up. I guess if
you want the eye drawn there it's good, but it takes away from the focus of the
wallpaper as a whole. Obviously those are points of focus, but I don't know if
it's too much. Maybe more of a transparent effect would have been better for
those layers, but it's an interesting idea. They almost seem too crisp compared
to the rest of the wall. Maybe a little of the noise (but not the scratches) of
the film grain effect would be a nice, subtle addition to make the contrast not
as great.
You're much better with Fractal Explorer than I am, but I'm still working out
how to use it. This doesn't look like much as a thumbnail, but it's really nice
when viewed fullscreen. I think you should post the dark & blue version if
you have it, but that's just my preference talking.
I've never seen this xp skin, I won't upgrade. But it has a nice effect and has
given me an arrangement idea for a wallpaper I've been working on. Thanks.
I like the broken glass effect, but the original scan has some really noticeable
scan artifacts (see the lines?), and the text is cut off at the bottom. Other
than that, it's nice, and I like blue. And X.
Quote by KorganoSI used the noise effect
to make the base starfield layer, then I make the stars more scarce (sparse??
) by reducing the brightnesss and increasing the contrast of the
layer..
next step is to add some brushed stars... yes, brushed,... I have some set of
cheap star brushes that can add some realism to the starfield... but I use it
randomly and considerably, so the stars don't look too 'artificial'...
I can send you the star brush if you want... ^^
as for the planet, I use some scanned planets as the textures.... but only for
the textures,... all shaping and atmospheric effects are achieved using the
layer blending modes, especially 'outer glow' and 'inner glow'
feel free to add comment and/or suggestions ^^c ya!
I'd love if you could send me those star brushes. I've been using filters to
make space scene backgrounds, and they aren't really working for me. The planets
get a lot of customization after I make them, but if you look... there's not
much variation even after playing with settings and adding different color
backgrounds/layer properties to each planet and star. It all has that artificial
look. And while sometimes that's good, it's not always what I want.
As for this, it's really nice. I've never liked lens flares and avoid using
them. It reminds me of cheap effects somehow, and I'm always looking for
alternatives. The star in the upper right corner of that wallpaper I made
earlier is a Flaming Pear filter, and I did a little customizing (background
removal, hue/saturation, background color, luminosity) to make it turn out the
way it did. Oh, the layers...
Hahahaha I hate layers right now. It was about 20-30 layers for that wallpaper
before I merged things together, then it was only about 10-15. Unbelievable,
isn't it? Your stars and planets look better than mine. So realistic, I like
that.
Thanks for all your suggestions. I'm going to try and improve my scenery
backgrounds. I'm going to friends list you cos you have some really neat works.
I hope you don't mind.
Thanks! Actually, they are twins. I guess that's why they look it...
I think everyone should read Tokyo Babylon, but I'm glad you like the scan.
Kei is genetically female, hence using the feminine reading of his name (Megumi). So no, Mikoto is straight. Nice scan, though!
Sovera - good to know.
I
don't remember seeing rocks, but maybe I got a cropped version of the image I
used to work from. Thanks.

Niiiiiice. But I always pictured Kirito as more of a dictator. :P *faves*
That's not Adora and Calintz, it's Reith and Calintz.
I hate to be a bother, but is the original scan posted anywhere online? I found this on another wallpaper site, and I've been looking around for the scan, but I can't seem to find it. I need it for a layout on a Haydée fansite. ^^;;; Is there anyway you could point me in the right direction?

Nice job.
Just in case you're wondering, it's not a mask. It's a skull.

I never expected to see a wall like this with KKM images. It fist Conrad so well, if you dive into his past. Very nice work.
I'm sure the original fanartist wouldn't be pleased with you using their work. Maybe you should ask them.

This is really, really nice. I like FMA a lot, but the background is fantastic. Good job, definite fave from me.
